Anyway, this episode pretty much just shows how a team shouldn't get confident too quickly, no matter what the situation is. It also highlights the skills that Karasuno's team need to work on and hone before the spring season starts.
I think that this is exactly what the team needed to allow them to see and open up their eyes to what skills they needed, learn how other teams play, and get back into the swing of things because there is no other for their team to become stronger without putting their techniques to the test.
All in all, I thought it was a pretty solid episode. On a side note, the ending scene with the barbeque...
THAT
WAS
GREAT!!!
I mean, how could you not appreciate the appearance of all that delicious meat. I was getting sooooo damn hungry. I had a craving for teriyaki and orange chicken afterwards. Mmmmm, orange chicken. Okay, I need to stop cause I'm getting hungry again. But yeah, that scene was great as well as hysterical when the new team manager, Hitoka
Anyway, this episode was great. I also wanted to point out that I watch my anime on Crunchyroll and I was using a friends account since they have premium which allows me to have simulcast, meaning I can watch it the same time it airs in Japan. Unfortunately, it seems that my friend either canceled her premium subscription or hasn't paid the fee yet, so it no longer has the simulcast active which means I won't be able to do a review for Haikyu! Episode 12 next week. That will come the week afterwards. I'll come up with something for you guys in the meantime
Hope you guys enjoyed this review!
Who's Hikota? is she that tiny blonde girl in the back of the picture? She's tiny! she's even smaller than Tsumiki from Acchi Kocchi, not to mention that she looks like child Kisaragi Momoki , that is so strange. I don't get this show.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Hitoka is the blonde girl in the background. She isn't that small. The creator simply overaccentuated the height of the males for humor purposes she is about as tall as Hinata from the show
Deleteoh, that makes sense i guess.but seriously, that guy behind her is on the same plain as her, so he should be an indicator of her height, right? that's how perspective works last time i checked.
